I also tried my MacBook Pro that is also upgraded to El Capitan - and the Camera Control Pro 2 there could also not find an attached camera. Today I had a studio shoot and the Camera Control Pro 2 software could not find my tethered Nikon D800 - it has always worked before. I upgraded my studio's 27 inch iMac to El Capitan - OS 10.11 - yesterday.
